We loved staying here! The location is perfect, right across the street from the Number 3 bus line, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is situated in a nice shopping area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Despite being in a relatively quiet suburb area off the main street, it's still centrally located and convenient for getting around. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with advice on transportation and what to see. They even booked our airport taxi for us. The service and assistance we received here were top-notch.

The location of the hotel was great, with a bus stop just a short walk away where we could catch the number 100 bus to explore the city's major attractions. The staff were helpful in pointing out the public transport options. We were pleasantly surprised to find a big Christmas market near the shopping center, just a five-minute walk down the road from the hotel.
That the cleanliness could have been better. There were some small issues with the bedding and the room not being vacuumed well.
